You weren't.

Your embryos were carefully graded and selected prior to transfer. What about your endometrium, the embryo's environment?

Personalized fertility medicine

Introducing Simbryo FX, the first functional test of your endometrium's ability to accept an embryo.

Using your own stem cells from a routine endometrial biopsy, we grow a living model of your endometrium in the lab. An endometrial organoid = your uterus in a dish. We challenge the organoid with blastoids (artificial embryos) and measure the response.

Blastoid implantation
Blastoid implantation

hCG, the same hormone measured by a pregnancy test, is produced by the implanted blastoid and implantation is observed directly in the organoid.

hCG is not produced and implantation is not observed, both signs of endometrial dysfunction.

Why Simbryo

We developed Simbryo to bring you answers.

Simbryo is the first endometrial fertility platform designed to make your next step clearer. By analyzing your own endometrial tissue, Simbryo reveals how your body may support implantation.

What you'll learn

If your Simbryo score is high

If you experienced failed transfers or have just a few embryos left, you're facing high-stakes decisions. And we know how hard that is.

While pregnancy can never be guaranteed, your Simbryo score tells you that your endometrium is working, and with good embryos, you have an excellent chance of success. Go for it and don't give up.

If your Simbryo score is low

If you weren't successful previously, you probably weren't just unlucky.

Your Simbryo score tells you that your endometrium isn't optimal, and knowing that helps you gear up physically, emotionally, and financially for a potentially longer journey ahead. Recurrent Implantation Failure, a condition where the endometrium won't accept a good embryo even after many tries, is relatively rare. But if you've already experienced unsuccessful transfers or you only have a few embryos and can't afford multiple attempts, your low Simbryo score may point you to surrogacy or alternative treatments. You have options to consider.

Patient stories

Breakthrough science, trusted by experts.

Simbryo is used by hundreds of people with unexplained infertility and embryo transfer failure.

I came to my doctor trying to find answers to why I had 4 repeated implantation failures. We decided to do an endometrial biopsy to submit to Simbryo for testing. The results came back normal, and I got pregnant. This was a complete shock because I had been recommended by two other doctors to move on to surrogacy, which I just wasn't ready for.
